For the record two parting notes:

1) The use of condescending flippant phrases like

“the Wonka-esque RCA idea factory”

and

“the guys that make my universal remote. “

Indicates to me that you have very little, if any, respect for companies other than the one(s) you decide to get behind so your opinions are a bit tainted.

If that were it I’d accept your argument as passionate, if not misguided, attempts to continually refuse my efforts to say “You are free to enjoy your player, but I’ll stick with mine”

But it didn’t stop there.

2) The use of condescending flippant phrases like

“Justice Meade”

and

“I wanted to take on the Supreme Supreme Court”

Indicates to me that you have very little, if any, respect for the persons with which you are trying to have a supposedly civil debate.

My posts, although disagreeing with you, were written trying to maintain a certain amount of respect for your person.

I used phrases like:

“Well said… but…”

“I agree that Apple’s strongest feature is … ”

“I concede that you may …”

“Different strokes for different folks….”

All meant to let us agree to disagree.

Your posts were:

“You are very obsessed … ”

“Justice Meade Vs business models”

“Justice Meade vs himself”

“Seriously when I saw that I Laughed out loud”

And the whole nonsense started when you felt the need to argue the value I found on a $69 dollar memory stick card.

If you want to have a civil debate try to remember the civil part next time.

I have friends that live on the north side of Indy and I have see nthe Thomson building, Wonka-esque is not off base.

I have 3 RCA universal remotes as well as my VCR and TV. I live and die by Guideplus since I don’t have digital cable so I have very little trouble respecting companies other then ones with fruit based names. So please do except my posts as passionate with an overlay of the silliness taken from a site that has pictures of cowgirls and emoticons of the devil.

The supreme court and justice stuff was just playing off the stuff that Kevin wrote.

The last part was a not highclass and I was acting like a gaybob.

I personally liked how Kim Jong is feeling up the cow girl.

I am sure a truly creative person can come up with the symbolism of the North Korean feeling up a dolled up cowgirl while a drum in the back of a truck rolls by on a race track.
