Doug did it!
Well, I started NaNoWriMo and convinced my two brothers to do it with me. I quit a few days later.
But Doug and Ted kept writing. Ted came really close to hitting the 50k word goal, and Doug made it!
We can now call Doug a novelist. Congrats Doug.
Now it’s time for the rewrite that will surely lead to publication.
