At first I was scheduling all my luncheon meetings at this Mongolian Stirfry restaurant that's across the street from me, instead of places like "The Keg" or other steak or fast food joints. Not only has it helped me cut out those 'semi-mandatory' luncheons .. but, it's cheap enough that about 1/2 of my clients are picking up the tab instead of me :) Then, Tim Hortons came out with those Chicken Fajita's and I've been meeting clients there for soup and a Fajita for lunch. Less weight watcher points, that is - unless you have a donut and a muffin.

Keep up the good work!

Hmmm.. Sum 6+8? oh no where's my calculator.,.

Apparently the Haida Aboriginal Canadians have something good going. It's the big fat diet. High in unprocessed fish, meat, eggs, seaweed, cauliflower and squash and all the vegetables. Here's a link. http://www.cbc.ca/thelens/bigfatdiet/index.html
