The-Diet: Week 2

Turns out week 2 was a pretty good week. In fact it was like twice as good as week #1.

Although being a bit more strict about ‘the rules’ as far as eating seems to have paid off, I still felt like I was slacking off too much. I didn’t really exercise at all … that will come back to haunt me.

Anyway, you may have noticed that I’ve renumbered the weeks to start with zero rather than one 1. This way “week X” numbers are reporting the results for that week, rather than the starting numbers for that week … this just makes more sense to me.

So here are the results for week 2:

% Body Fat: ?? ?? ?? Still not getting this reading from the scale. Will post this one again once I figure out how to reliably get it to display.
